HEy gfriend, don't get down. Each meal is an opportunity. Don't let one item cause you to fall off (my biggest issue and last three days have been didn't track days and I put on 5 lbs-ack!) Just try to remember you work too hard to waste it on a moment of pleasure. I also use "how will this make me feel in ten minutes, will I be happy I ate it or not?"

Plan ahead for your trip. Take fruits and food with you in your suitcase as I always do. You can't carry on can goods which I found out the hard way, but have a plan and do not deviate. If you eat out only allow yourself to eat 3oz of meat and tons of veggies.

5 hour bike ride....wowser! That is impressive. I am proud of you, that is awesome.

I noticed you wrote in zone...what is your zone for workout and how often and for what duration do you usually hit this during a workout?
